Here's Our First Look at Resident Evil 2 Remake's Ada Wong

We need Hunk.

The Resident Evil 2 Remake is certainly shaping up to be one hell of a game, based on the handful of times we've played it so far. But one character has been suspiciously absent until now: Ada Wong. (Unless you saw the leak that Capcom wasn't happy about.)

You can see the debut footage of Ada Wong just below, who, credit where credit is due, is looking extremely stylish considering she's in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Elsewhere in the story trailer that was released alongside the Tokyo Games Show 2018, we can see both Claire and Leon battling the mutated William Birkin, Claire's segment of which we played earlier this year at Gamescom 2018.

Somehow, this game manages to look even better every time we see it. The remake of Resident Evil 2 was announced back in 2015, and we heard nothing about it until this year's E3 in June, where it took Sony's presentation by storm, alongside a playable Leon S. Kennedy demo on the show floor.

The Resident Evil 2 Remake is set to release on January 25, on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. For everything else you need to know about Capcom's upcoming remake, head over to our Resident Evil 2 Remake guide.

Hirun Cryer is by far the most juvenile member of USgamer. He's so juvenile, that this is his first full-time job in the industry, unlike literally every other person featured on this page. He's written for The Guardian, Paste Magazine, and Kotaku, and he likes waking up when the sun rises and roaming the nearby woods with the bears and the wolves.
