Here's the Pokemon Sword and Shield Direct Start Time and Where to Watch It

There's a brand new Nintendo Direct today, which focuses on Pokemon Sword and Shield. Stream it right here.

Later today on June 5, there'll be a brand new Nintendo Direct. The new presentation is going to focus specifically on Pokemon Sword and Shield. We've got details on the start time and how to watch it, right here.

The Pokemon Direct is due to kick off at 6:00 a.m. PT/9:00 a.m. ET/2:00 p.m. BST today. It'll be a 15-minute presentation from Nintendo, and hopefully a nice early E3 present despite the annual gaming convention not kicking off properly until next week..

What we know about Pokemon Sword and Shield so far is that both games take place in the new Galar region, and are slated for release in late 2019. It's quite possible that Nintendo will announce a release date for both games today during the Pokemon Direct.

We've also seen the three new starter Pokemon for this new wave of Gen 8 creatures. There's Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, the former of which is the absolute best boy, and the latter of which has been described as anxiety personified.
