It’s fitting then, that the question of cross-platform play has reared its head once more. Is Call of Duty Modern Warfare Cross Platform?

In a rather surprising move, Activision as announced that it will be supporting Cross Platform play with Call of Duty Modern Warfare. This means that players between consoles and PC will be able to jump into a game together. Here’s the official statement from Activision and Infinity Ward:

So, we know that Call of Duty Modern Warfare will support cross-platform play between PC and consoles. The question we have next then, is whether or not PC players will have a significant advantage.
