And with pretty pixel art to boot.

The Switch library keeps growing and growing, slow but steady. Next week on April 27th, the quaint arcade action game Kamiko from developers Skipmore (known for the Fairune series) will release in the West for the Nintendo Switch.

Kamiko is an arcade action game with a pastel-hued pixelated art style. The game’s thematically based around Shinto beliefs, according to Nintendo’s website. The player controls one of three priestesses (each wielding their own unique weapon), directing them through a variety of stages. The priestesses battle against demons, magically break the seals of familiar gates, and take on stage bosses.

Fresh off of the recent Nintendo Direct, the game released in Japan with a peculiar option for English, sparking rumors of the game’s inevitable Western release. Alas, Kamiko’s made its way to Western players after all, with all its demon battling in tact. The game will be available on the Nintendo eShop for $4.99.
