I just don't know where to start with this. Kingdom Hearts Dark Road has revealed the names of its four leading characters, and they're… well, a choice.
These four characters that will be leading Dark Road can all be seen just below. There's Bragi on the right, Vor (yes, you read that right) on the bottom right, Urd in the middle on the left, and Hermod in the middle on the right.
The other two characters you can see in the image are Xehanort (in the middle below), and Eraqus (on the left). Dark Road focuses on Xehanort's fall to the darkness, so it seems as though these four brand new characters will be accompanying the pair on their journey.
I remember thinking Dark Road was a relatively normal name for a franchise that's given us the gifts of Dream Drop Distance and Birth By Sleep over the years. Square has lulled us into a false sense of security with Dark Road, and they've now sprung all these weird character names on us, each of which appears to derive from Norse mythology.
Kingdom Hearts Dark Road was first revealed earlier this year in March. We still know relatively little about the project from Square Enix, but we do know that it's a prequel to Sora's adventures in the main games, and will only be releasing on mobile whenever it does launch.
