Mario Tennis Aces Leads New Nintendo Direct For Tomorrow

New Nintendo Switch and 3DS game announcements are on the horizon!

Nintendo announced today a brand-new Nintendo Direct, which will see announcements of new Nintendo Switch and 3DS games. Mario Tennis Aces for Nintendo Switch will also have some more details revealed during the event. The Direct will take place tomorrow, March 8, 2018 at 2PM PT / 5PM ET.

As the tweet confirms, the presentation will be 30 minutes long. That's enough time to get a lot done when you're Nintendo. The September 2017 Nintendo Direct was 45 minutes long, but announced Doom and Wolfenstein II on Nintendo Switch, launched the Project Octopath Traveler demo, revealed new 3DS systems and more details about Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon, and gave a host of other game teases and release dates.

The Nintendo Direct Mini earlier this year was only 15 minutes long, but announced The World Ends with You: Final Remix, Dark Souls: Remastered, Mario Tennis Aces, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, and SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy. That means you can expect some good stuff, given that the next Direct has twice the running time.

Third-person action-adventure games are his personal poison: Uncharted, Infamous, and Assassin's Creed just to name a few. If you see him around a convention, he's not hard to spot: Black guy, glasses, and a tie.
