Mass Effect Andromeda Discounted to $20 on Xbox One

PC for under $18, PS4 for under $30.

It's safe the say that Mass Effect Andromeda had what you could affectionately refer to as a 'bit of a rocky launch'. By now, we've all seen the gifs floating around the internet to prove that.

That said, in the months since the game's initial release, EA has supplied a continuing set of patches, tweaks and updates in order to make the game better incrementally. The game as it is now is vastly different to what it once was.

Whether all those improvements make the game something worth checking out is down to personal opinion,o of course, but right now you can grab a copy of Mass Effect Andromeda cheaper than ever before, at least on some platforms.

The game is available this week for only $19.99 on Xbox One exclusively to Amazon Prime members, which is a damn good price if you've been wanting to try this one out. The PC version is also available for a mere $17.65, without being exclusive to Prime members. The PS4 version is the outlier here, as its clinging onto its slightly higher price point - it's up for $28.

Is $20 a low enough price for you to roll this dice on EA's troubled Sci-Fi soap opera?
