Earlier today, the Japanese PSN store briefly listed a demo for the upcoming MediEvil remake. It's since been taken offline however, and you can no longer find the listing for the demo online.
It's possible that the announcement of a MediEvil demo could be coming tonight at Sony's State of Play showcase, and someone set the listing on the Japanese PSN store live a bit early. It could be stealth launched during the showcase, which kicks off at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET, later today.
According to the now-deleted listing, the MediEvil demo download weighs in at 11.6GB. It allows you to play through two areas of the PS4 remake: Dan's Crypt and The Graveyard. There's right around a month to go until the PS4 remake of MediEvil releases, and it'll be out worldwide on October 25.
In terms of the State of Play showcase coming today, we know that Naughty Dog's The Last of Us Part 2 will be making an appearance. The studio has been busy teasing news about the sequel for the last few days on Twitter, but they're not the only ones teasing news: WB Montreal is teasing a Batman-related announcement.

"Capture the Knight," the teaser from the Batman: Arkham Origins developer reads on Twitter. It was Batman's 80th birthday this past Sunday, fitting in quite nicely with the announcement of a new game in the Arkham series, the last entry for which was Batman: Arkham Knight back in 2013.
Sony's State of Play showcase begins at 1 p.m. PT/4 p.m. ET later today. The only game that's confirmed to be present is The Last of Us Part 2, and for a complete recap of everything we know about the sequel so far, head over to our Last of Us Part 2 guide.
