Xbox has announced eight new games coming to the Xbox Game Pass service over the next few weeks, to sate your hunger for new gaming content pre-E3. It includes new and old games alike, spanning a perplexing range of genres.
Metal Gear Survive and The Banner Saga will arrive tomorrow, May 23. The latter is a wonderful tactics game with a fascinating art style and solid writing. Metal Gear Survive, on the other hand, is a fun but messy fascimile of Metal Gear that will really only hit home if you're looking for a very specific something.
Void Bastards is a stylish shooter that will hit Game Pass on its May 29 release day with a bevy of creepy space environments and roguelike elements. Asymmetrical slasher-horror game Dead By Daylight brings its frenetic fracas of terror the following day, May 30. If you want some tips on surviving the night, be sure to check out our Dead by Daylight guide for survivors.
Outer Wilds also makes a release day appearance on May 30. While it's the latest game to cause some Epic Store exclusivity controversy, that doesn't affect the Xbox owners who will have access right away.
Full Metal Furies and The Banner Saga 2 arrive June 6, so that neatly roadmaps out your Banner Saga playtime for the next month or so. Rounding out the lineup on June 6 is Superhot, the brilliant they-move-when-you-do shooter with a meta twist. We really recommend you check it out.
