A Full Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Playthrough Leaks on YouTube

Rumors of a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 remaster have been doing the rounds of late. If you were unconvinced it's happening, perhaps this can sway you: the entire campaign was just uploaded to YouTube earlier today.

YouTube channel The Gaming Revolution uploaded the entirety of Modern Warfare 2 Remastered earlier today. A series of videos, numbering 21 in total at the time of writing, shows Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered's campaign in full.

The remaster has yet to be officially announced by Activision. That aside, it's clear that copies are already out in the wild, and have been for at least a few days, if the number of videos uploading by The Gaming Revolution is anything to go by. Keep in mind that it's only the campaign portion of Modern Warfare 2 that's being remastered, just as Activision did for 2016's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.

Noticeably, 'No Russian' is still present in the remastered version of the campaign. There have been no cuts or alterations made to one of the most most infamous levels ever made, and it remains in the remastered version as it did in the original, over a decade ago. Last year, we actually got developers and critics alike to reflect on No Russian for its anniversary.

We'll update this article when Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is officially revealed by Activision. The remaster is reportedly going to be available to download on PC, PS4, and Xbox One at some point later today.
