Check Out Sonic's New Look in the Latest Sonic The Hedgehog Movie Trailer

It looks... good?

It's safe to say the Sonic the Hedgehog movie has had a rough journey to release. After an initial unveiling earlier this year in April 2019, the movie iteration of Sonic was met with some pretty bad reactions (to put it mildly), causing the movie to be delayed out of a 2019 release window.

Now, after the announcement of a character redesign for the movie version of Sonic in May 2019, Paramount Pictures has revealed the latest iteration of the Blue Blur. You can see the new trailer for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie just below.

The release date of February 14, 2020 is nothing new for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie. Paramount Pictures originally announced the delayed release date for 2020 alongside the redesign of Sonic himself earlier this year.

What is THAT. | Paramount Pictures/Sega

It's pretty safe to say this version of Sonic looks a hell of a lot better than the version we saw in the first trailer earlier this year. Then again, the original design could only get better.
