Electronic Arts and Ghost Games has released a new trailer for Need for Speed Payback. While the E3 2017 reveal focused on the story campaign featuring a Fast and Furious-style heist, the new trailer details the game's open world and the events you can expect to tackle. This year's Need for Speed entry takes place in the fictional Fortune Valley.
Each part of the city is given over to a specific racing clan, aimed at a different event type. Over in the rundown warehouses of Boomville, players can take on drag racing with the Riot Club. The League 73 clan offers off-road racing out of the desert Airfield location. Other locations include Boomtown's counterpart, the Vegas-style Billionaire's Row, the drift-heavy mountain passes of Mount Providence, or the crazy highs and lows of Silver Canyon.
You can also race the cops at anytime, by activating the bait crates you find around Fortune Valley. In Forza Horizon 3 style, Need for Speed Payback also offer Derelict Chassis: old, rundown cars you can find out in the world and repair for a new ride.
Need for Speed Payback is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on November 10, 2017.
