New NBA 2K19 Trailer Showcases The Neighborhood

Handball action.

The Neighborhood feature is back once again for NBA 2K19. If you're new to the game, it's basically a streetside court where anyone can play a quick game, including a 3 on 3 game.

The Neighborhood is a mode in itself in NBA 2K19. Simply select the feature from the main menu of the game, and you can take on an opposing team of three players. Check out the trailer for the returning mode just below:

As was the case in NBA 2K18 last year, there was a whole variety of locations featured in the Neighborhood mode. This year, you can play in the Jordan Rec Center, and there's also a brand new day to night time transition.

NBA 2K19 is all set to release on September 11, but if you pre-order the 20th Anniversary Edition of the game, you'll be able to jump in slightly early, and play from September 7. He's written for The Guardian, Paste Magazine, and Kotaku, and he likes waking up when the sun rises and roaming the nearby woods with the bears and the wolves.
