Red Redemption 2 Trailer Appears to Confirm the Presence of an Important Character

A new rodeo.

Rockstar released a new trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 today, and it's a doozy. You can see the latest video for the upcoming open-world wild west game below.

Red Dead Redemption 2's latest trailer gives us a little more details about the kind of world we'll be playing in. The year is 1899 and the wild west of Red Dead Redemption 2 looks more somber for cowboys. The golden age of outlaws might be drawing to a close. More importantly though, is that John Marston in the trailer?

We know that Red Dead Redemption 2 is finally coming out this year on October 26. This is after numerous delays that saw the game pushed into Spring 2018 from its original Fall 2017 release window.

So far we've been given glimpses of the game's single-player mode, but we also know that there is a multiplayer component. There are a lot of rumors swirling around such as how Red Dead Redemption 2 might include a battle royale mode. However, Take-Two's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, also warned that battle royale clones risked being derivative during a recent investor's meeting.
