A Deluge of New Announcements for Xbox Game Pass Came Out of X019

The Witcher 3, Rage 2, classic Final Fantasy titles, and more.

Advertised as "the biggest Inside Xbox ever," Microsoft's X019 presentation didn't skimp on Xbox Game Pass announcements. In addition to revealing a deal that nets subscribers 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate, a month of EA Access, 3 months of Discord Nitro, and 6 months of Spotify Premium for a dollar, a big, big list of additions to the Game Pass library was announced at Inside Xbox.

Some highlights from the full list include The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for Xbox One and a collection of Final Fantasy titles for Xbox One and PC.

Here's what just got added to Game Pass—you can go play these titles now:

  • Age of Wonders: Planetfall (Xbox One, PC soon)
  • Hearts of Iron IV: Cadet Edition (PC)
  • Lego: The Ninjago Movie Videogame (Xbox One)

  • Remnant: From the Ashes (Xbox One)

Additionally, Microsoft announced a number of titles coming to Game Pass later this year and into next year. Of note, Darksiders 3, the Life is Strange 2 episodes, and The Witcher 3 are all coming prior to 2020:

Also, every title from Xbox Game Studios set to debut in 2020, such as Obsidian's Grounded, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Dontnod's Tell Me Why, will launch on Game Pass as per usual.
