Nintendo could be doing a better job getting more games onto its Virtual Console platform for Wii U and 3DS, especially with the wide list of classics available on older platforms. Starting in April, Nintendo is kicking its Virtual Console release schedule into overdrive with weekly releases. All titles feature restore points, off-TV play, and Miiverse functionality.
Highlights in Nintendo's release list include Metroid Fusion, Super Mario Bros 3, and Golden Sun, with a number of the titles already released on 3DS, exclusively through Nintendo's Ambassador program for the portable. Hopefully, Nintendo will decide to carry a similar momentum forward into May. Some of the titles are a bit pricey - Advance Wars for $7.99 seems a bit much - but can you place a price tag on nostalgia?
