Noctis Gets Dope Behemoth Souvenir Jacket in Latest Final Fantasy XV DLC, Makes World Jealous

Maybe this will actually get me to play again.

What first caught my eye about Final Fantasy XV, beyond the trailers and when it was actually in my hands that is, was the stylish outfits of the band of friends. They were all clad in black; Prompto with his punk flair, Noctis with his almost regal polish. Together, all four of them, look out like they've travelled from another world (or even, another Final Fantasy game) as they road trip across the open world. And they are: they’re from the city, far away from the roadside diners and trailers they now call a temporary home.

In the latest DLC, Noctis swaps his “all black everything” style for something somehow even more stylish: a souvenir jacket with a Behemoth embroidered on the back. The "Trendy Outfit," complete with a shiny watch and an upscale dogtag pendant, is now available across Playstation 4 and Xbox One for free.

We first got a glance at the covetable Behemoth jacket back during Tokyo Game Show, before Final Fantasy XV was even released. And the jacket isn’t just a digital goodie, but a real one, and was sold for a limited amount of time. In Japan, the jacket was announced as a piece of 7-Eleven crossover promotion, selling for 350,000 yen ($3162.36), according to Siliconera. The special watch was sold as two different models, one for 250,000 yen, the cheaper model for 150,000 yen ($1355.29). The dogtag even popped up in retail with four different versions made of varied materials, costing as low as 15,000 yen ($135.53) to as high as 155,556 yen ($1405.50). At least the digital fit is free.

Lookin' good.
