Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Coming to the Nintendo Switch with New Features

Catch the fever. Pac-Man fever.

The holiday season is all about stuffing your wide gob with food 'til you're fit to burst, but why stop when the New Year rolls in? Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus is coming to the Nintendo Switch in February, which means you can keep right on eating, and you can tote the game with you to the gym.

Initially released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2016, Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is the follow-up to 2007's popular neon-accented Pac-Man Championship Edition. The Switch version of the game gets an exclusive co-op mode, however, which is the origin of the "Plus" in the game's title.

The trailer for the game suggests one player can gobble up pellets, while the other player attacks maurading ghosts. This strategy is sound, and it even appears in Sun Tzu's "The Art of War." It's somewhere in the back.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus comes to the Nintendo Switch on February 22, 2018.

I know this sounds bad of me saying this but can't we have 1/DX instead? Felt Championship 2 wasn't all that great while 1/DX was insanely good. I'm happy Namco is supporting the Switch but man Championship 2 isn't something I want to really play again.

@SkywardShadow I guess the Namco collection for switch has that but you need two Switches (but only one copy of the game)
