Persona 5 Confirmed for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC

Joker will be one of five characters in Fighters Pass.

Joker is officially coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Persona 5 was confirmed to be the latest entrant to Nintendo's massive fighting game.

Joker is one of five unique characters coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as part of its DLC program. He will be one of the first released, with others to follow throughout 2019. Nintendo has also confirmed Piranha Plant as a DLC character.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is due out in less than an hour on Nintendo Switch. You can read our review here.

Persona 5, of course, is an amazing RPG. We didn't put it on our Top 25 RPGs list, but we came darn close. Already fans are speculating that this could mean that the long-awaited Persona 5 Crimson will be also be making its way to Switch at some point.

Nintendo is promising five DLC packs by 2020, each containing a character, a stage, and music. The DLC packs will be $5.99, while the full Fighter's Pass will cost $24.99.
