At his Gamescom 2017 keynote today, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds creative director Brendan Greene gave players another sneak peek at the upcoming desert map for the game. The last teaser images came at the beginning of July, with the new map being based on the region of Peru, South America. Compared to the scrub and beaten down shacks of the first images, this new image shows a densely-packed city.
You can see all the current teaser images in non-tweet form below.
The new map is just one of the many changes coming to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds prior to its full launch. The game will be adding vaulting as a new movement option, a potential remake of the current map, a new weather system, and a third map. Battlegrounds is currently scheduled for a full release on PC in Q4 2017.
