Well, Sparkling Pokemon are guaranteed catches. By playing that Pokemon’s stage, you’ll always catch it. There’s no fixed rarity or CP level, however, so you’ll need to keep this in mind.

How to Find Sparkling Pokemon in Pokemon Rumble Rush

Unfortunately, there’s no way to guarantee a Sparkling Pokemon sighting. You’ll just need to keep an eye out for them while exploring each map. Make sure you’re using Guide Feathers to get new Pokemon, and you’ll find some in no time.
