How to Get Galarian Slowpoke in Pokemon Sword and Shield
To get the Galarian Slowpoke in Pokemon Sword and Shield make your way to Wedgehurst station. If you've downloaded the new update you’ll spot either Clara or Avery, depending on which version of the game you have. You’ll also notice a Galarian Slowpoke that has wandered in from the Isle of Armor. You’ll then get the chance to catch it, which should be pretty easy.
How to Evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro
You can evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro by collecting Galarica Twigs, random items found across the Isle of Armor, often under trees. Look for the glinting sparkles and interact with it to claim them.
Once you have eight twigs, head into the ocean South of the Isle of Armor station and East into the Workout Sea. There'll be a largish island with a female NPC wearing yellow. Talk to her and she'll exchange that for a Galarica Cuff, an item you can use on your Slowpoke to make it evolve into Slowbro.

How to Evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking
If instead you’d like to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking you’ll need to head to The Crown Tundra. There’s an item here that will trigger the evolution, we’ll update when we have more info when the expansion is released.
