This small, Fighting-type bear cub Pokemon is a new partner to take you through the Isle of Armor expansion. We'll show you where to catch Kubfu here.

Even before playing the Pokemon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor DLC, you probably heard about Kubfu, the newest legendary Pokemon to debut. Below we'll show you where to get the legendary Kubfu and everything it has to offer in battle.

Where to Get the Legendary Pokemon Kubfu in Pokemon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor DLC

You can find the legendary Kubfu in the Pokemon Isle of Armor DLC by completing the three trials of the Master Dojo, the first of which we've outlined here! Once you've completed the last trial, you can speak to the Dojo leader Mustard in the main training room, where he'll introduce you to Kubfu, a small Fighting-type bear who suffers from chronic shyness, aka the Dojo's "Secret Armor". He'll then give you Kubfu to keep and train as you want!

How Strong is Kubfu?

Kubfu is a fairly average Fighting-type Pokemon at first, though he's not a high level when you first get him, only level 10 with a very basic array of moves. We've laid out his full stats below for those who want the details, but we wouldn't recommend bringing him into any important battles until he evolves into a more powerful form, or at least until he levels up a few times.
