PUBG's 1.0 Release Coming December 20, Desert Map Available Tonight On Test Servers

PUBG Corp is giving players a special treat launch of the 1.0 launch.

We knew that PUBG Corp was going to be showing off something special from PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds at The Game Awards tonight. The developer has finally offered up the final release date for PUBG's 1.0 version on PC. The game will be free from Steam Early Access on December 20, 2017.

The 1.0 release will be coming with the game's new desert map, Miramar. As a special treat for players, Miramar will be available on the PUBG test servers tonight at 12AM Pacific Time.

The Xbox One version of PUBG will be launching on the Xbox Game Preview program on December 12, 2017 as planned.
