Rainbow Six Siege is Getting Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro Support in the Future

Rainbow Six Siege is Getting Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro Support in the Future

Take the fight to 4K.

Yesterday, Ubisoft announced some new retail SKUs for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. Now you have four editions to choose from, ranging from "Starter" to "Complete."

Ubisoft also posted some new info about Siege's upcoming four-week Outbreak event, which lets you team up with friends to investigate and fight against a mysterious threat in a quarantined New Mexico town.

Fans of the game are hoping for a bit more, however. Like support for the Xbox One X / PlayStation 4 Pro. When one player inquired about a possible upgrade, the official Rainbow Six Siege Twitter account responded positively. Seems the upgrade is on the team's "To Do" list, but no ETA is available.

For now, you can play Rainbow Six Siege on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
