The Simpsons Hit & Run Has Been Remade in Dreams

In the latest "remade in Dreams" news...

The final version of Dreams launched earlier this month, and there's already impressive remakes of existing games being created in Media Molecule's game. Someone's remade a basis for The Simpsons Hit & Run, entirely in Dreams.

You can see a brief playthrough of the Simpsons Hit & Run level just below. The actual Dreams level is created by user RejvajKH, and lets you control Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and even Maggie, who has a pistol for reasons unknown.

Play as Bart, and you can use his skateboard to quickly navigate around the level. There's 20 gold coins you can collect situated right around the house, and there's a road winding around the town with a few houses and open lawns. It's not quite the complete game you might have played back on the PS2, but it's certainly an impressive creation.

This is just the latest in a long line of remakes in Dreams. Before Dreams even launched in full earlier this month, there was a complete Super Mario 64 level around June 2019, which you can see a brief playthrough of below.

Looking outside of straight remakes, there's even been a full Crash Bandicoot sequel created in Dreams. There's a complete playthrough of one level in the video below.

If you want to see what we made of Media Molecule's final game, you can head over to our complete Dreams review. On the other hand, we've compiled our very own list of the best Dreams levels that we've uncovered so far, which we'll be adding to as people build more creations in the game.
