Slay the Spire Coming to iOS This Month, Android Version Still in the Works

Tune into the Guerrilla Collective for more information.

If you're looking to play Slay the Spire on your phone, then we've got good news. Developer Mega Crit Games announced today that their hit rogue-lite card battler is coming to iOS later this month, and an Android version is in the works.

Mega Crit Games made the announcement over on Slay the Spire's Steam forums page. "We're happy to announce that Slay the Spire will be in your pockets this month on iOS!" the post reads. "When specifically? We'll have that news very soon, but as a hint, you should probably tune into the Guerrilla Collective show on June 6.

The Guerrilla Collective showcase kicks off on June 6 and runs on until June 8, covering this weekend. It'll be showcasing announcements from plenty of smaller indie games, including, it would seem, Slay the Spire.

When Slay the Spire does launch on iOS, it'll cost $9.99. Mega Crit Games also addressed an Android port for their game in the post on the Steam community forums, reassuring players that the version is still in the works but they're not quite ready to talk about it yet, and made the decision to launch on iOS first.

In case you're unfamiliar, Slay the Spire is absolutely excellent. It's currently available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch, and you should absolutely play this rogue-lite card battler if you haven't done so already.
