Star Wars: Battlefront 2 Reveals Behind-The-Scenes Video on the Game's "Underdog" Campaign

D23 kicks off with more Battlefront 2 news.

D23 Expo 2017 is well underway, and with it, some games related news in line with Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel. Kicking off the games-related panel for the week was another glimpse at Star Wars: Battlefront 2, the next game in the multiplayer shooter series.

The sequel, as we know, is featuring a single-player campaign headed by actress Janina Gavankar. The story takes an unfamiliar side of Star Wars history, putting players into the shoes of a black ops-like force for the evil Empire as they're left without a leader after the explosion of the second Death Star. Gavankar herself calls them the "underdogs" in a video feature, which focuses on the behind-the-scenes of creating a unique campaign for game.

You can watch the behind-the-scenes feature on Star Wars: Battlefront 2's story mode below, and stay tuned for more news out of this year's D23 Expo.
