Supergiant Games' New Dungeon-Crawler is Available Now in Early Access in the Epic Games Store

Epic Games Store makes its debut too.

Less than two years after the release of Pyre, Supergiant Games has already revealed its next game: Hades. Hades is a roguelike dungeon-crawler with an art style and camera view in a similar vein to Bastion and Transistor. During tonight's Game Awards, Supergiant not only shared a trailer for a game, but the kicker at the end revealed that it's available now through Early Access on the brand new Epic Games Store.

In Early Access, it costs $19.99. On the Epic Games Store's store page for Hades, the description notes for players to expect regular updates with new characters, features, places, powers, and more. This is the first game from Supergiant Games to begin in Early Access. On a FAQ for Hades, Supergiant writes, "We think developing Hades in Early Access is key to making it the best game it can be, which is our goal."
