Team Sonic Racing allows you to pick a racer from a huge set of Sonic characters. It’s likely that your favorites are here, though not everyone is available from the get-go. To help you get started with Team Sonic Racing, we’ve put together this Team Sonic Racing Characters Guide. Team Sonic Racing Characters

Team Sonic Racing is all about helping your team win races. It’s not necessarily about getting the first place spot, because if your team members are far enough behind, you’ll lose overall. To help promote this team-friendly image, Team Sonic Racing features four teams filled with awesome Sonic characters. You can find a full Team Sonic Racing Character List below:

How to Unlock More Characters in Team Sonic Racing

You’ll unlock each set of characters by working your way through the story. By Chapter Three, you’ll have unlocked them all. By earning Stars by completing events, characters will be sequentially unlocked for you. Completing Chapters 1, 2, and 3 will give you the full roster.

Team Sonic Racing DLC Characters - Will More Characters be Added to Team Sonic Racing?

There are 15 playable characters in Team Sonic Racing, which is plenty to start with. This hasn’t stopped fans speculating about additional characters that they want to be added as DLC. There has been no official DLC plan from developer Sumo Digital just yet, but given that they added more characters via DLC for Sonic and Sega All Stars, it is likely that they will do the same here. We’ll be sure to update as soon as we here more on additional characters.
