Thanos Leaves Fortnite Battle Royale Tomorrow

Thanos Leaves Fortnite Battle Royale Tomorrow

Oh snap.

If you haven't had a chance to play Fortnite's surprisingly fun, and just plain surprising really, Thanos collaboration then time is running out. Epic Games announced that the event will end tomorrow.

After the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War, Epic announced a surprise collaboration with Marvel to bring the Mad Titan Thanos to Fortnite: Battle Royale. Players who found the Infinity Gauntlet in the game were able to play as Thanos, complete with a unique set of powers.

Thanos was so powerful that he was nerfed almost immediately, but that comes with the territory of having all six infinity stones, so you know.

In a related bit of news Josh Brolin, the actor who played Thanos in Marvel's cinematic universe, was asked how he felt about Thanos in Fortnite. Specifically about Thanos dancing in Fortnite. He wasn't a fan actually.

So what surprise collaboration wil Epic unveil for Fortnite next? Deadpool? X-Men? Aquaman? What other superhero movies are coming out this year?
