Ubisoft announced today that The Crew 2, the sequel to the publisher's 2014 open-world racer, will be coming to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on March 16, 2018. The Crew 2 switches from the first game's focus on land vehicles only, adding planes and a variety of boats to the mix. Players can switch between land, sea, and air vehicles on the fly.
Like before, The Crew 2 plays out on a recreation of the United States. Players can challenge racers from four motorsport families - street racing, off-road, pro-racing and freestyle - seeking to become the champion of the extreme sports Motornation. In addition to the previously-revealed street racing, powerboat racing, aerobatics, jetsprint, and rally raid types, players can also drift race, compete in Alpha Grand Prix, or go off-road in Motocross.
