The Crew 2 Closed Beta Will Begin at the End of May, Here's How to Sign Up

If you're eager to play The Crew 2, there's a closed beta at the end of the month.

If you're excited about Ubisoft's cross-country driving sim The Crew 2 you still have time to sign up for the closed beta scheduled for the end of May.

The closed beta for The Crew 2 will begin on Thursday, May 31 and end Monday, June 4. During this time players will be able to try out the first level of the game along with various modes like Street Race, Rally Raid, powerboat, and Aerobatics.

The Crew 2

The Fast Fav feature will also be enabled so players can try out the fast vehicle switching mechanic that was so prominent in The Crew 2's trailer. We called it the best feature in The Crew 2.

We previewed The Crew 2 recently, and while there's some unfortunate erasure of the midwest territories, The Crew 2 is shaping up to be an improvement over its predecessor. The game will still let you drive coast-to-coast (and only the coasts) but the game has been given a more cohesive and interesting structure for better playability.

You can check out our The Crew 2 preview guide for the latest news, or head over to Ubisoft's official site to sign up for the closed beta. Preloading will begin at 1am PT on May 29, and the beta will begin at 1am PT on May 31.

Sometimes we include links to online retail stores. If you click on one and make a purchase we may receive a small commission. See our terms & conditions.
