Something wicked this way comes, next year, if you're bored of Pokemon Go by then.

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, the augmented reality game from Pokemon Go developer Niantic, is now coming in 2019. The game's release window was confirmed in a new trailer, while the website lets you "enlist". This might be for an unannounced beta (a lot of mobile games have a soft launch or beta before final release) or just to get updates on the game.

At the current time, there's no firm release date for Harry Potter Wizards Unite. Once you've signed up by registering your email address with the site, you'll be greeted with the message below, confirming that your details are confirmed.

This is the first bit of news that we've had about Harry Potter: Wizards Unite in quite some time, since at least the first half of 2018. We'll have to wait and see to find out when exactly the game will release on mobiles and if a beta period will run before it officially launches.

Hirun Cryer is by far the most juvenile member of USgamer. He's so juvenile, that this is his first full-time job in the industry, unlike literally every other person featured on this page. He's written for The Guardian, Paste Magazine, and Kotaku, and he likes waking up when the sun rises and roaming the nearby woods with the bears and the wolves.
