How Long is The Last of Us Part 2?

The Last of Us Part 2 takes around 25-30 hours to complete. As with most games there's a suite of difficulty options, and whether or not you're going after safes (full safe locations can be found here) and collectibles will factor into play time as well. For us, it took 30 hours to beat The Last of Us Part 2. We played on Moderate difficulty, but as we were writing guides for it we spent a lot of time exploring everything the world has to offer. Is There a Chapter Select?

There is a chapter select that is unlocked after you beat The Last of Us Part 2. This gives you the chance to head back in and mop up any collectibles you may have missed. As long as you are on your most recent save, you can select from all of the chapters listed above.

That's how long it will take you to beat The Last of Us Part 2. For more on the game why not check out Kat's article on its unlikely connection to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Elsewhere there's our full review.
