The Next Chapter of Elder Scrolls Online Takes You to Summerset Isle

Time to frolic in the neighborhood of the high elves.

The Elder Scrolls Online is getting a new chapter. "Summerset" takes you to the home of the High Elves, an island paradise that's usually closed off to visitors. Well, you're officially invited. Time to wreck the neighborhood.

Oh, but you're there to work, of course. A Daedric threat looms over the island, and it seems only you can take care of it (you and hundreds of thousands of other players, but shhh). You can expect to find new areas to explore, new skills to learn (including jewellery crafting), and a new story that wraps up the Daedric drama that started in 2015's Orsinium DLC. You can also join the mysterious Psijic Order and visit their home city, Artaeum.

Summerset is coming to Elder Scrolls Online on June 4. There's a whole bunch of pre-order bonuses for you to pursue if you're into fire-breathing panther mounts (who isn't?). Morrowind was a solid expansion, so hopefully Summerset is more of the same.
