The PlayStation VR Bundle is Going on Sale For Even Cheaper Than on Black Friday

At $199, it's hard to ignore.

If you missed out on the Black Friday PlayStation VR sale but were considering it, you might have lucked out. Sony will sell the PSVR bundle (which includes the PS4 camera and a copy of Gran Turismo Sport) for even cheaper than when it was on sale during Black Friday. The deal starts this Sunday, December 10, all the way through December 24.

If you recall, this exact same deal was on sale during Black Friday but for $100 more at $299.99. The new deal is basically that, but at a further discount which is pretty crazy.

The VR headset on sale isn't the newest generation of the hardware. You'll be missing out on integrated headphones, streamlined cable management, and HDR support on your display. However, if you're okay without those features the PS VR is still a very good entry VR system.

With a PSVR, you'll be able to play this year's best VR Game Awards winner Resident Evil 7, right out of the box. As an entry level VR headset, it's far simpler (and cheaper) than its Oculus and Vive competitors. While the PSVR isn't nearly as powerful as either of those other VR headsets, it's a good entry point for those curious in VR. And at that price, it's hard to ignore it.
