This Solid Snake Statue Is Very Limited, Crazy Detailed, and up for Pre-Order Now

Kept you waiting, huh?

First4Figures, for those not aware already, is a company dedicated to creating some of the highest quality video game collectables around. They do this, mostly, through the creation of intensely detailed statues that are both extremely limited and pretty pricey. They're also usually pretty rad, to boot.

They've previously created statues based on Shenmue, Dark Souls, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, Tekken, and many other franchises. The vast majority of the company's stuff goes up for pre-order, sells out swiftly and only inflates in price from there. Since all these statues are created on a pre-order only basis, whatever is ordered is all that will be made. Ever.

This week, First4Figures unveiled its latest statue - Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid. This one comes in four variations and each will cost you a pretty penny, to say the least.

All versions of the collectable statue depict Snake mid-action, dressed in his MGS1-era sneaking suit. The 'exclusive edition' adds a set of night-vision goggles to that overall look, while you can also get the statue in one of two stealth camo variants - clear and neon green - as well.

Hold your horses for a second though, this is less of an impulse buy and more of an investment, since the statue will cost you a cool $524.99 right now.

Limited Edition Solid Snake collector's statue from First4Figures - Pre-orders live until September 15th

Pre-orders are live right now and set to close again on Friday, 15th September, so you have a day or so to make your decision. Good luck.
