Twitch Prime is Basically Giving GTA 5 Away for Free

"Basically" being the optimal word here.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is one of the best-selling games of this generation since it launched in 2013. If you haven't been able to get a copy in the five years since GTA 5 first came out well Amazon is basically giving it away for free through its Prime services.

Amazon discounted GTA 5 to $15 today for PS4 and Xbox One on physical media, and Xbox One digital (not PS4 digital though which is a bit weird). However, Amazon is also running a special promotion through Twitch Prime that basically reimburses buyers for purchasing GTA 5 at a steep discount.

Twitch prime members will be refunded $15 in Amazon credit via email once their copies of GTA 5 ships, essentially giving customers store credit for the full price they spent to buy GTA 5 on sale. This deal applies to all Amazon Prime members as Twitch Prime comes with the service.

To claim the deal just link your Twitch account to your Amazon Prime membership here. Other benefits include free Twitch gear for games like PUBG, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Fortnite.
