Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 Getting a Physical Release on March 7
The Xbox One and Steam release of the game will coincide with a limited physical release for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Capcom has announced that Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 will be having a limited physical release on March 7, 2017. This is the same day that UMvC3 comes out on Xbox One and PC, following its exclusive launch period on PlayStation 4. The game will be $24.99 digitally on the Xbox Store and PC, with the physical release costing $29.99.

The physical release comes with an exclusive comic featuring the art of Marvel artists Sean Chen and Gerardo Sandoval. It can be pre-ordered at GameStop right now.
"The limited edition physical versions will feature everything included in the standard digital release, plus updated cover art and an exclusive comic. The all-new comic book is a must-have for collectors and fans of the series and tells the story of two colliding universes featuring some of the most iconic Marvel and Capcom characters in its 10 full pages of action packed story," said Capcom's Harrison Young on the Capcom Unity blog.
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is only the beginning of the action, running at a clean 60FPS at 1080p on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Capcom has also announced Marvel vs Capcom Infinite for the same platforms, coming some time in 2017. The game's announced roster includes Ryu, Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Mega Man X, Captain America, and Morrigan.
