USgamer's RPG Podcast is Excited for Pokémon Sun and Moon

AXE OF THE BLOOD GOD: Kat and Nadia discuss the opening hours of Pokémon Sun and Moon before diving deeper into Dragon Quest Builders.

Axe of the Blood God is our weekly RPG podcast hosted by Kat Bailey. You can find the previous episodes here.

In this week's episode of Axe of the Blood God (download link here), Nadia and I discuss Pokémon Sun & Moon and the recent teaser for Bravely Third, then dive deeper into Dragon Quest Builders.

I'm legitimately looking forward to Pokémon Sun & Moon, which brings some fresh and fun ideas to the table along with some old hits. Granted, it's not as different as it looks, but Pokémon was never going to change that much. You can find additional thoughts in the preview that I posted earlier this week.

Also in this episode: More Dragon Quest Builders! A look at what might be Bravely Third! And a look back on the third Penny Arcade Adventure RPG!

Show Description

Nadia and Kat share some additional thoughts on Dragon Quest Builders, then Kat talks about her hands-on experience Pokemon Sun & Moon and how it's coming along. In the second segment, they puzzle over a potential teaser for Bravely Third before taking yet another underrated RPG pitch. Exciting!

Music from Axe of the Blood God is courtesy of Lena Chappelle, who has also contributed the themes to Active Time Babble and Roleplayers' Realm. I also use music from the RPG Music Pack over at rpgmaker.net. Check it out!
