USstreamer: Get Your War on with Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII [Now Archived on YouTube!]

Tune in to watch the highlights of the Han Dynasty with the help of Koei's long-running simulation series.

If you received the standard United States education as I did, you've likely been baffled by the many names, places, and events that make up Koei's Romance of the Three Kingdoms series—I'm guessing it was more important to teach us kids apocryphal stories about the founding fathers every year instead.

That said, RTTK recently celebrated its 30th year on this planet, and while most are familiar with the series through its Dynasty Warriors spin-offs, Koei Tecmo saw fit to localize the recently released thirteenth installment for we Americans who likely don't know our Liu Beis from our Lu Bus. And on today's USgamer livestream, I'll be jumping into RTTK for the first time since I originally played the NES version an incalculable number of years ago. You may not see the same supreme gaming skills currently on display at Summer Games Done Quick, but you will learn something about Chinese history. Probably.

It all starts on USgamer's Twitch.tv channel today at 4:00pm PT/7:00pm ET—or you can stay on this page and watch the stream from here. And if you can't make it, don't worry; our streams are always backed up on our YouTube channel. And if you're reading this after the stream has already happened, you'll see that version embedded below.
