Video Round-Up: Dishonored 2, Hello Neighbor, Titanfall 2, and Mafia III

Video Round-Up: Dishonored 2, Hello Neighbor, Titanfall 2, and Mafia III

There's a whole lot of stealth happening in this week's video round-up!

It's time for another Video Round-Up, collecting all the trailers that have crossed my desk that aren't enough for a distinct article. Instead of spreading them out, we put them all in one place for you! In today's round-up, we have Emily sneaking around in Dishonored 2, the stealth horror of Hello Neighbor, the bond between pilot and Titan in Titanfall 2, and Lincoln Clay's revenge in Mafia III.

Dishonored 2

Arkane Studios has offered up a new trailer for Dishonored 2, showing a low chaos, non-lethal run of the Clockwork Mansion. Emily shows off her skills, including Domino and Far Reach, to make her way to the objective and free Anton Sokolov.

Dishonored 2 is coming out on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 11.

Hello Neighbor

TinyBuild Games is bringing you another absolutely quirky game in the vein of Party Hard. Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror title. A new person has moved into your neighborhood and you're sure they're up to no good. It's up to you to sneak into their house using distraction and guile, to figure out what dark secret they're hiding. The neighbor in question will adapt to your distractions and various moves. It's a cat-and-mouse game where you don't want to get caught...

Hello Neighbor is coming to PC in Summer 2017.

Titanfall 2

Respawn Entertainment learned from complaints about the first Titanfall, so this time around Titanfall 2 offers a full single-player campaign. This trailer outlines to the tale of grunt soldier Jack Cooper and Titan BT-7274, who have to work together to explore the planet Typhon and find out what the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) is up to. Cooper has to take over as a Titan pilot after his mentor Militia Captain Tai Lastimosa is killed in action.

Titanfall 2 comes out on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 28.

Mafia III

2K Games and Hangar 13 has released a new trailer detailing the combat in the upcoming Mafia III. Gunfights, stealth kills, boxing, and more feature in the trailer. Lincoln Clay is on a roaring rampage of revenge and this trailer shows how that revenge is delivered.

Mafia III comes out on October 7 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Everest VR

It's hard to show off virtual reality titles in trailers, so VR developer Solfar Studios is trying something new. Instead of a standard trailer, they have mixed reality, where players enjoy Everest VR over a green screen and then the developer layers the gameplay on top. It's kind od a cool idea.

Everest VR is already available on Steam for $19.99.

M.H. Williams is new to the journalism game, but he's been a gamer since the NES first graced American shores. Third-person action-adventure games are his personal poison: Uncharted, Infamous, and Assassin's Creed just to name a few. If you see him around a convention, he's not hard to spot: Black guy, glasses, and a tie.
