Walmart Started Selling the Nintendo Switch Splatoon 2 Bundle Today

Get the Switch and one of the best games for it in one convenient package.

Still missing out on a Nintendo Switch or just waiting for the right bundle? Starting today, Walmart stores will be stocking up on the Nintendo Switch Splatoon 2 Edition which includes a Splatoon colored Switch, a digital copy of Splatoon 2, and a carrying case.

The bundle was first announced last month and will retail for $379 USD. This is about $80 more than a standard Nintendo Switch, but considering you get one of the best games for the console and the neon green and pink joy-cons, there are worse ways to go about getting a Switch. Also, based on personal experience, a carrying case is kind of a must for the system.

The Nintendo Switch has proven to be an elusive prospect. With the holiday season fast approaching, expect the Switch to be even more difficult to find despite Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime recently telling reporters that the holiday demand is Nintendo's current focus.

Our review for Splatoon 2 called it, "easily one of the best games one can own on the Switch" and the best version of Nintendo's weird, fun idea.

So if you're looking for a Switch, the Splatoon bundle isn't necessarily a bad way to go if you can afford it.
