Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country Gameplay Shows off New Desert Area

Nintendo revealed some brand new Xenoblade Chronicles :2 Torna - The Golden Country gameplay. This is the upcoming expansion, set to launch next month as part of the game's season pass.

In the gameplay reveal, Nintendo detailed that there would be "around 30 to 40 hours" of brand new content in the Golden Country expansion. On top of this, the DLC will also feature a brand new desert area, the likes of which wasn't seen in the main Xenoblade Chronicles 2 game.

Interestingly enough, if you haven't started Xenoblade Chronicles 2 yet, you can choose to play the expansion before the main game. Perfect for if you're a newcomer to Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and you want to dive straight into the Torna - The Golden Country expansion.

Torna - The Golden Country be releasing on September 14 and will be releasing both digitally and physically, meaning it can be purchased independently of the season pass for Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
