We Answer Your Smoldering Questions On Retronauts' Listener Mail Episode
This week, USgamer's classic gaming podcast tackles important issues, like the state of gaming preservation and our respective waifus.
Back when Retronauts was on Some Other Website, I loved doing a regular listener mail segment, if only for the old-school thrill of actually getting physical things sent to me.
These days, our recording schedule is a bit too erratic to respond to folks in a timely manner—we do a weekend marathon of six episodes every three to four months. So, once I year, I like to cram all the listener mail segments I would have normally recorded into one big and beefy full-length episode. And for 2016's installment, I decided to forego the annual roundup of the best retro releases, simply for the sake of fitting in more letters. (Not to mention we've already covered the few notable ones over the past 12 months.)
Joining us on this one is Mikel Reparaz, who hosts the podcast Vidjagame Apocalypse on the Laser Time Network, Chris Kohler (of Wired fame), and our old buddy Ray Barnholt . And our cover art comes courtesy of Nick Daniel. As always, you can keep up with the latest Retronauts news via our Twitter and Facebook accounts, and check out some of our video content over on our YouTube page. And, in case you forgot, Retronauts is fully funded by our Patreon campaign, so if you can afford to donate even a dollar a month, please consider it! Every little bit really helps our cause.
