Since the release of Fire Emblem: Three Houses a couple weeks ago, there's been some discussion about what whether or not it has good romance mechanics. But what makes a good RPG romance? Axe of the Blood God is here to find out [download link here]!
Caty and Eric join me to talk about some of the best RPG romances through history; what makes a good RPG romance, and how they can affect an RPG's story. Most of the heavy hitters are mentioned, including BioWare, CD Projekt, and Persona, with some conversation about Fire Emblem: Three Houses as well. As a bonus, we sneak in a little Pokemon conversation too!
