What You Need to Know About Tomorrow's Pokemon Sword and Shield News

Some more info about the new Pokemon is set to hit tomorrow.

We're only a few short months away from the release of Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, the brand new Pokemon pair coming to the Nintendo Switch. But it seems like there's still some info that Game Freak wants to get out before release, as the Pokemon company has announced a new update happening tomorrow.

We've already seen new additions like Gigantamaxing, as well as a few new Galar-region Pokemon like Alcremie. But whatever this update might be, it will probably at least entail a few looks at Pokemon, whether returning or brand new.

There's no listing for a stream anywhere, so it's likely this could be another morning video drop, similar to what Game Freak did for the Gigantamaxing news or the announcement video for the Dragon Quest Hero coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. If that's the case, you'll want to keep an eye on the official Pokemon Youtube channel around 6:00 a.m. PT tomorrow.

Or you can head here to USG, where we'll keep you apprised of all the Pokemon happenings! Tomorrow's update will likely look to sway a little more favor from the folks unhappy about the Galar Dex, so I wouldn't be surprised to see some confirmations of more returning Pokemon. Granted, it's also really stinkin' hard to bring all those Pokemon forward, so the cuts are not only expected but likely going to help Sword and Shield in the long run.
