Wolfenstein 2 Launch Trailer Asks Americans to Stand Up Against "Fascist Nazi Pigs"

"Tonight, they burn."

You have to hand it to Bethesda. In a strange year where even the media seems to skirt around America's Nazi problem, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus has embraced its actual plot and has begun advertising its "Make America Nazi-free" campaign rather brazenly. Now, two weeks of viral marketing has led to Wolfenstein 2's launch trailer which, with only a week until release, is asking players to join its own resistance to kill all them Nazis.

"Did you forget?" asks Resistance leader Grace Walker as she lists reasons why good Americans should pick up arms against the occupying Nazi force. And the trailer shows all the ways BJ Blascowicz and his cohorts are good Americans, axe throwing, grenade launching, and generally shooting down those "fascist Nazi pigs."

There's even a brief scene where you blow the heads off a KKK in case anyone was confused where exactly Nazis and white supremacists stand (side-by-side).

"Tonight they burn," the trailer finishes. Though we'll all unfortunately have to wait another week when Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus comes out on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 27. The game is also scheduled to come out on the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2018.
