If you've been thinking of picking up Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, or PC, NIS America is making the decision a little bit more complicated. At the Nintendo Direct Mini, Nintendo revealed that Ys VIII will be coming to Nintendo Switch this summer.
"Adol awakens shipwrecked and stranded on a cursed island. There, he and the other shipwrecked passengers he rescues form a village to challenge fearsome beasts and mysterious ruins on the isolated island. Amidst this, Adol begins to dream of a mysterious blue-haired maiden living in an unknown world," says the game's synopsis on the official Nintendo eShop page.
Nadia found an adventure worth playing in Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana. In fact, it was good enough to find a spot on her Top 10 list for 2017.
"If you find Ys games too calm, too safe, or too boring, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana for the PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PC isn't a worthwhile purchase. This 3D sword-swinger doesn't stray far from Falcom's established formula, but that doesn't mean you won't have fun," she wrote previously about the game.
